Position Summary

The Catering Sales Lead will be responsible for driving catering sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of catering events. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about hospitality, has a knack for sales, and excels at delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase catering sales through outbound prospecting, networking, and building partnerships.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure the successful execution of catering orders, including delivery and setup.
Marketing Support: Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive catering business.
Reporting: Track sales metrics, generate reports, and analyze trends to refine sales strategies.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process.

Qualifications
