As a key member of our team, you will engage with clients to understand their current insurance policies, educate them on additional coverage options, and assist with policy renewals. Your ability to build meaningful connections and provide personalized service will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
✅ Build rapport and establish trust with clients to assess their insurance needs.
✅ Educate customers on their existing policies and recommend additional coverage options.
✅ Proactively reach out to policyholders (approximately five per day) to assist with renewals.
✅ Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
✅ Stay informed about Allstate’s insurance products to provide knowledgeable guidance.
✔️ A positive, can-do attitude and an engaging personality are essential.
✔️ Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote work environment.
✔️ Passion for helping people and delivering top-tier customer service.
✔️ Life Insurance license is a plus but not required.
