Remote LATAM Recruiter (Full-Time, Bilingual – English and Spanish)
Compensation: $1,200 USD/month
Hours: Full-time, EST business hours

About the Role:
We’re seeking a seasoned Recruiter based in LATAM to join our growing team. In this full-time remote role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer stage—for a variety of roles across industries. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and talent teams to help deliver best-in-class recruitment support.
What You’ll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and departments
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for U.S.-based clients
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in recruitment
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every step
What You Bring:
Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written)
3–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably supporting U.S. clients
Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple open roles
Available to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time (EST)
